Yea I think VSC is now moving. I received my RFE on 09-14, they sent two forms, not sure why but they did. I did not include my wifes spanish version of her divorce only certified copy of english translation, my bad I guess. Either way I quickly got it off yesterday via USPS express and they received a photocopy of the spanish version. Hopefully this is all their RFE's they will need and it won't slow my case back to a turtles crawl. My wife is losing her patience and hope!! Very stressful as you ALL know!!

Good luck to all for a speedy finish through their process!!

07-21-2009 - Mailed via overnigt. They received 7-22-2009 and rejected the same day.

07-29-2009 - Received rejected I-485 in the mail. (Incorrect fee's)

07-30-2009 - Mailed corrected packet overnight, they received next day 7-31-09

08-03-2009 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765.

08-10-2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Appt is on 09-02-2009 (DONE) Easy

09-15-2009 - I-765 Approved, Card production ordered

10-20-2009 - I-485 Appt Set

10-20-2009 - APPROVED!! Fast and easy 10-15 min interview.

10-21-2009 - CRIS email. Card production ordered.

Very awesome. I am happy for you. I am sure that you will remember this gift as one of the best in your life :) It also gives all of us a sign of hope that VSC is now doing the approvals. Congrats again.

Since you mentioned that both got approved on 9/12, did you receive an email or saw the update on the site? Or did you find out through the hardcopy noa2 letter?

How do I contact the VSC? I can't seem to find a contact number for them. What can I ask them to get an idea about what's going on with the file? I guess it's too early to ask them to expedite the file (My 129 was received on April 11).
