^^ ahhaha as soon as they approved me I called my wife to let her know, she got so happy ..but still man we gotta deal with NVC and all that other stuff.

But hopefully saturday...i can drink few beers with the buddies :)

Many congrats!! Just write a list that makes sense to you of what needs to be done. You take it step-by step. It's sort of like eating a pizza - one bite at a time, and before you know it the pizza (or chocolate) is gone.
