My wife got a scheduled interview for march 12th....we're almost at the finish line now!

USCIS

2008-06-28: Marriage

2008-07-28: I-130 Sent

2008-08-01: I-130 NOA1

2008-08-06: Touched!

2008-08-14: Touched!

2008-08-15: Touched!

2008-08-15: I-130 E-mail Approval Received!

2008-08-19: I-130 NOA2 Hard Copy

NVC

2008-08-21 Case Received

2008-09-05 Invoice Number Received

2008-09-06 AOS Fee Paid Online

2008-09-22 Sent DS-3032 by mail and e-mail

2008-10-09 IV Fee Paid Online

2008-10-20 AOS Package Sent

2008-12-08 DS-230 Package Sent

2008-12-11 CASE COMPLETE!

2009-03-12 Interview

2009-03-25 Flying back home

yes yes!!

we passed!!!

It was sooo easy.

I attended and they took one look at my passport, asked me 4 questions and NONE to hubby and said "thank you maam for coming to the interview, that makes it easier on us and easier for you, congratulations"

:)

so now, we are just waiting for the VISA to come :)

I LOVE MY HUSBAND!!!!!!!!!!!

June 3,2008-The HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE! June 11, 2008- Returned home,started paperwork.June 30, 2008-Sent off I-130 pkt to Chicago.July 3, 2008-I-130 pkt received, fwd to CSC.August 4, 2008-NOA #1 August 11, 2008-Sent in I-129F pkt to CSC.August 18, 2008-NOA#2*APPROVED*September 4, 2008-NVC printed AOS instructions-(mailed Sept. 8) September 13, 2008-Rec'd AOS Bill in the mail.[/i] September 15, 2008-Used online payment option.-October 14, 2008-Sent off AOS packet with joint sponsor info.-rec'd@NVC Oct 15. Ok, I see everyone has moved on now, but finally the day is coming that my husband will be home!!!!

Tomorrow he flies in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He leaved Amman tomorrow night at midnight! 3pm here... HE'LL BE HERE SATURDAY!!! Just got his passport in hand today& was waiting to let me know once he made his flight arrangments-but I was up in the middle of the night and checked again-sent him sms complaining about how it was still out for delivery===so he sent an sms back saying SUPRIIIIISE!!! he was booking his flight that very minute! I'm sooooo excited! How about you?---Amy

02-11-2008- Received Hardcopy NOA1

08-14-2008- Approved!!! 216 days...

08-21-2008- NOA2 Hardcopy received

08-27-2008- NVC Receives file, NVC Case Number issued

09-05-2008- AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 Generated

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

09-17-2008- Printed Coversheet for AOS paperwork

09-17-2008- IV Bill Invoiced

12-16-2008- Sent I-864 EZ to NVC
