Hey guys,

Yes I am still alive, and still anxiety-crazy. I have being doing my best to keep calm and not freak out (yes its been a hard ride). Anyway, I will be starting this med called Xanax next week that should help me with the problem for now. I did that Candida test btw Sarah and it came out negative. In a way, I am relieved about that because it means i dont have the problem and because sugar is my friend lol.

Anyway, people were asking for updates so i thought i would let you know. I woke up this morning and went to the door and the next thing i knew this was this crash and keith was picking me up off the floor. I had apparently blacked out fallen into the TV stand and knocked over the TV. Good times, good times.

Anyway, keep me in your prayers and I will let you know how the Xanax works out.

I'm glad that you have been given something to help with the anxiety. I'm going through a tough time and I'm taking xanax (amongst the sleeping tablets, anti-depressants etc) . It helps me with my anxiety and I pray that it will also help you through this.

Hey it's a good thing you have something to help with your anxiety.. however.. you can't take drugs for the rest of your life so it would be a good idea to learn some relaxation techniques and things like that so you can learn how to control your anxiety with a drug/behavior combination... once you're able to ween off the drugs you'll learn how to combat anxiety without them Good luck

I dont intend to be on them forever. Actually, I put up a big fight before saying yes to them only because i dont want myself to rely on them for the rest of myself, I would like to be happy on my own. So I will definitely be looking into some yoga or something as well.

MY brother has anxiety attacks and is on Xanax. he swears it helps him Heaps I hope it helps you as well

They told me that the drowsiness will be a side affect so i was ready for it lol. I had a sleep and then my cat woke me up. I'm still having some of my side effects from anxiety like a like this good ol' 24 hour nausea i have been having and such, but i do feel so much more relaxed. I cant expect to work miracles the first time taking it, but I do feel a lot more relaxed. I's so nice to know that tonight, i can cuddle up in bed, watch a movie, drink some chocolate milk, and just relax with my purring little kitty in my lap .
