Hey Aug filers...

Congrats on passing the 100 page mark. Very exciting...it means that we are definitely in the hunt and that things are moving along.

Jundp, it must be hard waiting, but this too will pass! The EAD will come and it will all work out....just hold on a little longer

Huh? I just got an email that said:

On November 17, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

the other day it said the same thing but said the 12th instead. Anyone know why?

Gratz to everyone who got approvals/letters. I realized just now that I probably sounded really whiny! Sorry :)

We're so grateful to be where we are and to be together, this is really just a small thing. It's been pretty smooth sailing so far, so I really shouldn't complain. We do have our interview in less than a month so I'll shush!

P had his third interview today with the same company and we are hopeful he'll be hired. It would be an amazing job for him so I'm praying it happens!

I still haven't received my interview letter...the USCIS forgot about me.... :angry::protest::ranting::(:crying:

No, Johnnie they didn't. That's how I felt for a little while. But it is coming. I'm sure it will come this week.

08/12/08 - Mailed application to CSC (I-485/I-765/I-130)

08/14/08 - CSC received application (confirmed via online signature)

08/21/08 - Notice date by USCIS

08/25/08 - Received NOA1

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter
