I think that we might see a few April filers in just a couple of weeks, that will begin to recieve approvals :dance:

I have already seen on Igor's list approvals for March 24th and that puts April just around the corner :star:

:( :( :( hi! The US embassy received our appplication on April 25. Then we received our receipt number 2 weeks after. But until now, we don't have any progress yet with our petition. And it says that they're on a process for march and april filers but we haven't got asny news yet. I'm getting frustrated and impatient with all these waiting.

I envy you guys that I could see you have lots of progress already with your petition. I'm losing a lot of patience with mine though.

Hey hun welcome to join our waiting room! Lots of filer they didn't get any touched before the approval. Even tho I had some touches but it was because I had a RFE!! So dun ever lose your hope and keep it up. We're all here with you to get through this. Our time is coming soon! Keeping my fingers crossed for all of u!!! :star:

:help: I'm thankful that they created this website. I'm trying my best to keep my hope up and my fingers crossed. Sometimes I end up arguing with my fiance because of my impatience and I'm sad that it sometimes affected us.

I'm not so familiar with the terms and abbreviations yet... It would be very nice of you guys if I could get some ideas from you. Like for example... what is the meaning of Touched and RFE?

RFE means Request for Evidence. When USCIS feels your package is lack of some supportings and they want some more from u then they will send one to the applicant. Not everyone has that but for my case we didn't submit even some basic documents (such as Leter of intent and he filled my G-325a form without telling me!!) thats why it led us to have a RFE.

For touched part, you can go to USCIS website and create your own account with your case number by here --> Click here

You will see a date related to your petition. everytime the date changes, it means it was "touched". Sometimes it can mean they're looking up ur file (by themselves or by your calling) or sometimes it can mean that someone just moved it from one place to another.

I just made an account at USCIS and I saw that they touched our application on May 13th. But not a word from them yet. I'll be hopefully waiting for them anytime soon. I hope there will be progress by August so I could sleep properly.

So I checked my status and it is still on pending as usual on USCIS web site but here we come.....

OMGGGGG!! My bf just called me and asked me to see something on the cam and he got our NOA2 hard copy on hand and it was dated 23 Jul 2008!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I just can't believe it! I'm soooo shocked right now and shaking!

Apr filer we're really in the process now!! Please keep all the hopes up and they're probably sending you guys hard copy too! CHECK THE MAIL BOX!

We are coming out from the tunnel to reach the light now everyone!!!!!

Wow! Seems CSC is really catching up to Vermont these days. We sent our petition to Vermont on 4/15 / noa1 4/23... and we're still waiting. :(

I've been here for some time now and the disparity between the two centers has always bothered me...so much so I wrote my reps. It's wonderful seeing CSC process applications at the same pace... even if it means we've been waiting longer. ;) congratulations to you all. :)
