I am still checking mine even though our I-130 and I-129F were approved May 9 (We received the approved NOA2s). I signed up for email notification. I did not receive email notification nor has the portfolio been updated to reflect the approvals...only touched twice since. I know the email works as they notified me when I changed my password. I just hope they sent the applications to the NVC. As of today, the NVC has no record of them. I'm a little concerned, we have waited so long.

I didn't receive an e-mail either - even though i was signed up for notification. It does get to be quite the obsessive ritual! Now that I don't need to check the USCIS website anymore, I call DOS 2 or 3 times a day!

When the happiness of another person becomes as essential to yourself as your own, then the state of love exists.

Don't feel bad I do the same thing so many times in a day, an hour, no joke, I have compulsions, sort of like OCD and I keep checking and re-checking,

I am sure its a normal thing that you check each day, but what i do I drive myself to the brink of insanity, I swear I don't know how much more I can possibly handle

Good luck to you, everyone,

Kathleen

My wife and me were talking last night, dreaming of how wonderful it will be

when there will be normal times again for us, without the daily checking, the

daily uncertainty, without all the frustration. What traumatic times we have

to go though now. Waiting is such a waste of time.

But those will be glorious days, when life will be good again. We are so looking

forward to it.

If only we knew when that will be
