My EAD and AP were approved today. I didn't get an email, just saw the update at the USCIS website, but that's enough. :)

07/28/2008 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, AP

08/04/2008 Biometric appointment letter arrived

08/15/2008 Biometric at Santa Ana office

10/21/2008 No update since biometric- contacted a local congressman, the ombudsman

10/22/2008 Was able to do service request

10/23/2008 EAD was approved

10/24/2008 AOS interview letter arrived

11/26/2008 Renew my State ID

12/10/2008 AOS interview approved right away

Hey all, sorry I've been MIA for awhile. Part of it is being swamped at work. We also went to Canada last weekend, and used the AP. It went smoothly, aside from the fact that the customs guard we drove up to was a real ###### towards us, and then we had to go in and wait for an hour and a half. But when we got home, we were greeted with Scott's green card, so no more AP! Yay! Congrats to everyone who's had good news, and those of you who haven't, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :thumbs:

since it was transfered to CSC and we had an RFE before saying I did not make enough money, does that mean they see that i do make the required amount because it was sent to CSC? or they probably still haven't really looked at my file to see? I just want to feel better about this that it wont get an RFE again or anything. If anyone could shed some light for me, I would appreciate it!

i have a good day today. i got a call from a hotel, informing me that they consider me for the job. finally i will start my job really soon. i will go to the hotel tomorrow for papers to sign.... i'm so happy. Congrats Jackielibera! It is my first day at work tomorrow, I had my first job interview 2 days ago, got a call today and already I am about to start :dance: . It is sales, but great for start, and also just across the street from where I live. I was so lucky they needed someone urgently. Couldn't be happier for now

And congrats to all new approvals!

I think they accepted your RFE evidence and then transferred you to CSC for approval. There's no guarantee that you are in the clear, but if I had to guess, I would say that you will be ok.
