I-693a and DS-3025 confusion

OK I had my vaccinations completed (well have tetanus waived as I'm allergic to vaccine) back in UK. I have a completed and signed DS-3025 that has note from panel physician about my allergy.

Is this adaquate to send or do I still need I-693a?

According to other threads I've read it talks about needed a TB skin test and blood test again.

I also still have a copy of my vaccination record from my own Dr back in UK which shows TB vaccination.

Please, please please someone clear this up for me, I'm soooo confused. I don't want to have to dish out $100's if I don't have too. Whilst I can't work, every pennie matters, I'm sure most here understand!!!

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

AOS

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

01/26/2009 - Email from CRIS. GREENCARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..YIPPPPEEE

If the DS-3025 is 100% complete with all required vaccinations then you can submit it (many have done this with success). If not, then you should get all the required vaccinations complete and then have all the documentation transcribed onto one single complete docuemnt.

PS. Some have simply enclosed there juvenile vaccination record (in English) not on any official form and had success too... This is by far the one area where the USCIS is consistently inconsistent in how they adjudicate this.

I only submitted the DS3025 - I was willing to take the RFE if it came and then do the Civil surgeon routine - but it was accepted and never questioned during the AOS interview either. So, if you are OK with a possible delay - you can take a chance too, but if you must have the greencard etc. now, then better do the I693 now. Good Luck

Me too, I mailed my DS-3025 from my country hoping to get RFE but I didn't.........I have the I-693A from Dr Arnold in box just in case the RFE comes :)

11-16-12: Sent I-130 for Dad.
11-19-12: Priority date/rec'd date.
02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

Just wanted to let you know that I also had all my vaccinations completed before I moved to the US.

I didn't send ANY medical info with my AOS application and got approved without RFE nor interview.

I am not telling you to do the same as I did but just wanted to let you know that I think you'll be FINE if you send the DS-3025.

Me too... No vaccination supplement has been sent with AOS (only the medical from my country)... No RFE so far....

05-22-2008: AOS trasfered to CSC

06-13/17-2008: EAD Approved (2 CRIS email)

06-18/19-2008: AOS touch

06-20-2008: EAD Approval Notice Sent (email)

06-23-2008: Another EAD touch (9AM), EAD IN MAIL (1PM)

07-14-2008: I-485 Card Production Ordered
