Alright, I'm in, I'm married (!!) and we're finalizing this thing. I'm a K-1.

I'm going through these final documents and have a few questions just to make sure I don't make any mistakes. Any answers are MUCH appreciated!!!

G-325a

1) Is mine an application for naturalization, other or PR?

2) Where do I find my "alien registration number". Is it the same as my file number?

I-131

1) Is my "A#" the same as my "case number"?

2) I have no date of "intended departure". Just a general desire to drive up home to Canada from time to time. What should I say? Also, with the date-length criteria?

3) What should I write on a separate sheet?

I-485

1) What is the "non-immigrant visa number"?

2) Under "B" is says to list your wife. Then it asks for "A#". Huh?

I-765

1) Which office? I'm in Miami. Is it Vermont?

2) What is the i-94 number? Is this the 11 digit number on the 1-94 departure record?

3) What is my current immigration status? I have married my wife. What do I write?

4) Huh? What are my "eligibility categories"?

Also, lastly, can I "e-file"?

This site has helped me so much. I had literally dozens of questions that I answered with the search function. These are the last that I'm not 100% sure about.

Any help is much appreciated.

Wow. You're awesome. Thanks so much.

Is it possible to efile? I see that is quicker.

Yes for I-765 and I-131, but you will need file I-485 to Chicago and wait until you have I-485 NOA1 letter, to base the I-765 and I-131 on.

Note DO NOT file I-765 based on K-1 visa, all this will do is cost you $340, will result in an EAD that expires 90 days after entry, and since it takes about 90 days to process, will either be cancled by USCIS, or result is an EAD card that expies shortly after getting it.

File I-765 using c 9, I-485 pending and attach it to the I-485, or wait for I-485 NOA 1 letter.

So, would the quickest way to an employment pass be to file the I-485 and wait for NOA1 and then Efile for the employment document?

Possibly, though USCIS still may need things sent to them by mail before they approve EAD.

E-Filed applications may require supporting documents or evidence. Please review information accessible through this link for information on submitting supporting documentation. (Note: Please also review the specific Form instructions for additional information regarding supporting documents specific to each Form.)

What question are you trying to answer? The NOA2 is provided as evidence but all dates are visa/entry related

YMMV

The quickest way to an EAD is to file the I-485 and the I-765 at the same time. You still have to submit some evidence by mail even if you efile so you might as well do it all at once. It will be the fastest way. Good luck. If you are unlucky and your AOS isn't processed within a year you can efile for a renewal of the I-765.

Thanks for your help

You use the expiration date on the I-94, K-1 visa NOA2 letter's expiration date has nothing to do with adjustment of status.
