I-765

1) Mail this form to Chicago along with the I-485 and I-131

Do I send the g-325a to Chicago as well??

Where else will you send it? The G-325a is a part of the application submission just like the I-864

YMMV

Also, do I have to send the I-864, Affidavit of Support again? The embassy in Singapore had it. Do I do it again?

Each application/petition needs to stand alone.... The embassy in singapore should have taken the I-134... but regardless the I-864 is required for AOS

YMMV

Wow. A grand!

So, when submitting the adjustment of status, advance parole, employment authorization and biographic info documents we write one cheque (personal cheque?) for $1010.00. Right?

Sorry to keep asking such mundane questions but I get confused reading all these documents..

Also, we are likely moving out of Florida and to the DC area. Will this present any problems?
