What the heck is going on right now! Our case was moving along just fine for a while and now it is stuck in California! I have not heard anything and i see everyone else that got transferred around the same time as us have received their approval already... i don't get this #######!

It would help if you would update your timeline, and post it, cause we have no clue what your doing, or waiting for unless we can see the timeline!

AOS Process

May 29th 2008- AOS/EAD/I-130 Sent to Chicaogo Lock Box sent via Overnight Delivery

June 6th - Both checks cashed!!

June 25th - Biometrics appointment

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!

Good morning my fellow June filers.. well as i've mentioned before our I-485 hasn't had any touches since the bio on 7/11/08. Woke up this morning to an email and my heart dropped as i feared we might get an RFE.. nope.. my eyes instead found this:

its was an email from cris convirming my password change ,, i changed i the night before cause they did not let me in my portofilio they said u must change your password :blush::blush::blush::blush::blush: :h

06/09/2008 - finally sent package!

06/11/2008 - package received

06/19/2008 - NOA received - I-485, I-130, I-765

06/23/2008 - I-765 correction sent

06/25/2008 - I-765 correction received

06/30/2008 - NOA received, biometrics scheduled

07/11/2008 - I-485, I-765 touched

07/15/2008 - Biometrics

09/14/2008 - 90 days since NOA, no news about my EAD.

09/15/2008 - Called USCIS, no holds on my case, they made an inquiry on my EAD.

09/20/2008 - Got a letter saying they are working on my I-765 actively and there's nothing they could do, I have to wait for 6 more months till I'm "out of the" timeline again GRRRRRRRRRRR

09/25/2008 - Infopass appt.

09/26/2008 - EAD, card production ordered. YAAAAAAAAAAAY

09/29/2008 - EAD touched

10/01/2008 - EAD touched

10/03/2008 - Approval notice sent!yupyyyyyyyyyy

10/04/2008 - Finally received the EAD, time to go job hunting!

11/19/2008 - Interview letter received

Congratulation Visao and the others who received their green card, and their EAD, and their AP.

Visao i wanted to encourage you, but now you had it before me.

I just received my permanent resident card today, is it the same thing that the green card? :blush:

i'm surprised i thought that it was a green paper :wacko:
