CSC Transfer

Hello All

I just received this email from USCIS

Is it really taking 300 days from the time the CSC received my file from Chicago

3/6/06 AOS Received Chicago

4/15/06 Biometrics Completed

5/2/06 Transfer to CSC

5/8/06 CSC email states up to 300days

Please help

We live in California I dont know if that makes a difference

It's just a standart message they send everybody. After the case is received at CSC usually it takes from 2 weeks to 2 months till it gets approved. Good luck!

Sorry for not having a timline. I also live in Ca. (Monterey to be exact) We sent in our I-485 back in October of 2005 and my Wife and Daughter finally recieved their green cards May 4th 2006. Hope this helps a bit. We had their interviews in San Jose Ca.

Hi all.

I am not a CA resident. I live in South Carolina. I submitted my AOS in September (to Chicago as everyone does don't they?) last year (2005). I had not heard anything from them, other than first letter/email to say they had received the applications and that it would take 120-180 days.

I called and the lperson said they were 7 months behind..... not sure how accrate or relevant this is to you all, but I thought I'd share.

Needless to say, I am fuming.

Yeah South Carolina blows when it come to the USCIS...

I so wish I wa sin your shoes - I would LOVE to be transferred to CSC.

My Biometrics were done on 28 March 2006. We still haven't been transferred to a Service Centre or received any further information on our AOS. I do have my EAD though.

my AOS were transferred to california but i don't have any answers on my EAD...

Give it another mnth or so, you need to wait 90 days from NOA1 for an interim EAD. I know it seems like an eternity though!!!

Wow, I hope that is the case! My wife's case just got transferred to CSC. We are pretty relieved that we will avoid the stress of an interview. We're still waiting on her EAD, but it seems if her green card is approved as fast as things indicate, we may not need it.

Some cases sent to the CSC will still need an interview.
