Kick her in the shins for me. OK?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

It *is* fun to meet 'them' in the outside world! I met the NIV officer from our Consulate when she was on vacation and right before I was going in to file... it helps to feel like you've got an inside edge!

But because I'm a killjoy, keep in mind the incorrect answers that people often get from immigration officers on the phone, in their district offices and at the borders before you rely wholesale on what she tells you. (sorry!)

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Thanks, I will keep that in mind.

Fortunatly I realize the woman is also retired which means some info might be outdated.

However to my advantage we have already chosen the route in which we will file so her advice will be mostly in looking over the already filled out forms and making sure we have signed everything.

Thanks to this forum and the guides and the Example forms I feel we have collected enough information to be secure enough in our plans for the K-1. That doesn't mean I have anxiety over the small things.

Hopefully seeing that she has read over these forms over and over she will be able to pick up on small mistakes. Again hopefully it is an advantage for us to have her.

Again thanks for reminding me to be cautious! :)

you are so lucky - where in NC are you :P

I am in Western NC....near Asheville.

Just moved back to this area from Charlotte.

I see Charlotte is where your office is, do you live near there?

That is were we will be having our AOS interviews I suppose! WAY WAY down the line!!

Plus point being I could drive to that office with my eyes closed!

:star:

p.s good luck on your up coming interview! Looking forward to reading how it goes!

What a good advantage!! Come back and share the wealth of information with us !!

Hopefully there will be some info to share!

You know what I am the most thankful for...

someone to help me put the package together to mail..

in the right order, which isn't hard I am sure, but since we are talking about the rest of my life here I suppose I will freak out a bit!! *grin*

What a stroke of luck! Be sure to let us know what tips you get. :) Hope it goes well.

Thank you so much!
