I think it will be more challenging mentally then physically....

i have about 15 or so years of childcare experience under my belt... this will be similar just with older people...

That sounds like it could be really rewarding :)

Once you develop patience which took me forever (and I'm sure you already have tons if you worked with tiny tots for years) you start to love hanging out with old crazy people...Or at least I mean all the older people I know are absolutely crazy :P you just nod and smile and listen to whatever kind of crazy stories they come up with.

My grandma has had testicular cancer.

Etc.

i think I have a lot of patience ... I like older people. they are cool... I used to hang out with my bedridden mother-in-law every weekend... we would talk or watch tv...
