I would bet my last 2 pounds (Hey I am a recovering student okay!) :P , that you guys will recieve NOA2's next week.

We cant seem to get an answer from calling NVC, I think we may have the wrong number, and of course, the site doesnt let you search for 3 letter words!, would anyone have a handy link to a number that will hopefully answer my honeys calls, I fear he may be going slowly insane

Hey Nicola,

The number for the NVC is 603-334-0700. Option 1 then option 5. It takes forever to get through but just keep trying and eventually you'll get someone. They need the USCIS case number, your name and DOB and the same for Steven :) Hope that helps you?

Maybe see you in London for at interview time?!?!

I also got my Police Certificates through the other day so don't pay for the Premium Service if you are going through London. I posted them out last Thursday and got them on the Tuesday. Turns out I'm not a hardened criminal mastermind, damn...........

Thankyou! you have confirmed we do have the wrong number, explains alot hehe.

You know I wouldn't be at all surprised if we bumped into each other I'll be the one with the giant filofax of paperwork :P

I am getting a postal order for my Police certificate tomorrow, then I will mail it as far as I know I am a law abiding citizen !.

Oh, and can you send my EX to PR as well? Would really improve my quality of life.

 Haha... I would love to do that for ya Jill. You too Kim!

However, I'm not sure either of them would appreciate it,

My ex is not exactly what you'd call a good parent, however he loves the boys a lot. He's just super irresponsible and does nothing to improve his life. It's better off he's in PR, the boys' grandma lives there too so they can go visit her and their dad. I really just don't want his bad ways to rub off on my kids.

I wonder how long it takes mail to get from Vermont to New York... hmmmm

Kim ~ I'm not going to annoy them at VSC, they just may jinx my petition, lol. I'll wait the darn thing out.

Well the week has passed and we have yet to be approved..*sigh* It appears CSC is now catching up and approved a couple of April filers today. All good. ;)VSC, on the other hand, seems to have skipped a box and started approving May filers!

Trying to stay positive here... happy thoughts... dirty video jokes... It's been a pretty stressful week all around... lots of work... Manny's been traded :( ... too many bills... kids on summer vacation... etc..etc... All I can say is it BETTER be next week! I need some good news...and I'd hate to have to kill anybody at this point in the game...it would really not do this whole immigration thing any good. Ok, I better go work out and sweat off some of this frustration. Here's hoping for a QUICK WEEKEND!

I called Vermont and told them I'd get them more Kim-tastic DVDs if they'd skip ahead to May.

NO PROBLEM! I could hear a cheer go up in the background.

Jenni, so good to see you in a good mood. Was thinking about you girl star_smile.gif
- Aww thanks Ana..I got back to Canada in two pieces...

Left my heart across the border :( I'm just trying to be positive or else I'm gonna end up cuckoo :)

I did not like to hear that Ukraine interviews are almost 2 months out, courtesy of Hitech.
- That's ok, if it makes you feel better, VJ is saying the average wait for Montreal interviews is 99 days again :( I was really hoping I wouldnt have to get married in the winter :P

I am a southern boy and I like heat. Plenty of that here now. Jenni forgot to take the heat and humidity with her to Canada when she left Raleigh. Oh well, time to hook the Mastercraft up, grab a cooler of beer and hit the lake. That usually supresses the heat.
- Hahha, nope I left it there! This poor little Canuck near died in that stuff :) I knew my Bo and you, being a Marine, would be able to tough it out better then I!

Save a beer for me when I come back in the fall!

Jenni,

If the weather stays hot, there will be no cold ones left. We went to Lake Wheeler today. Did you see the exit for it off of the Beltline, southside of Raleigh. Just a couple of miles from dowtown. Small lake, but close. Tomorrow will be Jordan Lake for the whole day, 30 minutes weat of Raleigh. Like I said, there might not be any cold ones left. We will have about 5 or 6 boats at a beach starting our own redneck yacht club. By the way, get used to rednecks, we rule the world. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting one of us down here. Glad to have you in the future. You Canucks are cool. I go to Sasketchewan every October duck and goose hunting. You have got some good people up there.

I think I actually know where both of those are! I'm going to get so LOST when I have to drive though!

Oh it's alright...I'm in a place where we have our own brand of rednecks - they're called backwoods hicks - and I've lived with them for 10 years, I'm sure I'll manage with your type LOL.

Glad to have you in the future. You Canucks are cool. I go to Sasketchewan every October duck and goose hunting. You have got some good people up there.
Thanks hun! I do love my country, and I will probably always call myself a Canadian :) I'm glad to be going there..I am in love with the state :) It's beautiful AND I won't have to deal with 6 months of snow! WOOT!

Awwwww Jenni, sorry you had to leave your love. It wont be long now.
- Thanks Kim :) I can't complain because there are so many of you who have gone much longer then Bo and I. I do hope that we will all be with them soon, and seriously Kim, you better be getting approved soon! You're entirely too positive for the rest of us to have been waiting so long! I send you as much CDN love as I can...cross-border-crossing fingers!!

Congrats on the new approvals as well!! two May'ers!
