my husband called the nvc this morning and the automated machne said that nvc sent the ds3032 and aos on march 17 i send my ds3032 via email this morning and got an ato response.. should my husband wait for an email conifrmation that he is the agent before he send the AOS fee bill?how long will it take for us to get the email reply from the nvc?thank's!

The system is updated on Tuesday. I've heard also on Saturday but not sure that is true.

you can send your aos fee out. confirmation take about 10 days.

ds2032 and aos take two different routes

which will ultimately met at when your i864 and ds230 is complete.

1-2weeks or so but in our case it took 8 days before we got a response from them

Dont pay the bill until the NVC asks you to do so. It is important that you use the return envelope provided to you by the NVC when paying the fees

Our DS-3032 & AOS bill was also sent out on March 17th, so I should receive the AOS bill either tomorrow or Friday( I hope)

I already told my husband the documents that he needed to be getting together for the DS-230. I hope our NVC journey goes a bit smoother than uscis. Insha Allaah!!!!

It is good that you sent the choice of agent email right away. NVC will reply you with the choice of agent acceptance. It is hard to predict how many days it will take. But usually any day within 2 weeks you can expect email from NVC.

Your husband can send AOS Fee Bill, since it is already generated. Your husband does not need to use envelope provided by NVC (I used USPS Express Mail Envelopes) as long as he sends the mail to right address. Please read the shortcut more carefully. Ask your husband to prepare I-864 and start gathering relevants papers from now so that he can send them right away. Once NVC accepts AOS fee Bill, it will generate I-864. Once NVC accepts choice of agent, it will generate IV Fee Bill ($400.00) and once NVC accepts IV Fee Bill, it will generate DS 230 packet.

It was $380.00 ($335.00+$45.00), but now it is $400.00.

hey thanks! so my husband can anytime mail the aos fee bill using the usps envelope to the right address of the nvc..is this the right address, national visa center attention ACL 32 Rochester Ave. Porthmouth NH 0381..i told him he can mail the fee even if he has not receive the aos bill from the nvc?thanks again..
