01/24/2011: Approval E-mail Received 01/26, 9:30AM (120 days) APPROVED!!!!

I filed for K3 since july 16 2008, I got the I 130 approved about 2 months ago, and the I 129f is not processed yet. the problem is that the approved I 130 never been sent to the NVC. is this a normal? if so, how long does it take the uscis to send the file to nvc please?

I'm going to loose it here...
