16 days and haven't received NOA1.....questions!!

I mailed the application on Apr 11, but until now, Apr 27, I haven't got NOA1 yet. I just called the National Customer Service Center today and she told me to wait for 30+ days, then call her again if I haven't received anything. There's nothing she can do right now.

Does anyone have a number to call and ask if VSC received my application? I'm afraid that my application might be lost somewhere on the way to Vermont, since it's not registered. Or any information for what I can do except worrying?

money order I'm aware that money order can't be traced or tracked....

If you sent a check with your application and you have access to the check <online banking etc> you can get the numbers starting with aec and then 10 numbers and regisiter with USCIS and keep updated on your process if someone looks at it....So touched is just that someone looking at your case..

It took my noa1 11 days and you could already have it and not know it if your not registred...Next step after your noa1 is noa2 and if your lucky going threw vermont as alot of folks are that will be right around the corner....Ive yet to get the lovley touch from vermont for the noa2 and its doing my head in... I am seeing that you send yours the same day I sent mine, and I only got the NOA1 two days ago, so I wouldn´t be too worried right now.

My timeline states the 19th ´cus that´s the receipt number but you´re actually pretty much in the time range to get yours. You should be getting it tomorrow or Monday.

You will be getting the NOA-1 shortly. Everyone's case is just a little bit different, but I wouldn't start worrying yet. It's still early in the game.

yes you wont know until you have a case number and then sign up at the USCIS site

I sent a money order also. And on the part of the money order you keep, there was a number to call. It was an automated line. I would enter the M.O. number and it would tell me if it was cashed or not. Call the customer service number on your reciept and try it. Wouldnt hurt.

Thanks for your useful information! I just called that number and it said that my money order hasn't been cashed My application might be lost on the way to VSC. It's not registered.
