the reason why people don't use them is they afraid of getting lost or getting RFE,if you know what you are doing it save alot of time.

by using the shortcut my case at NVC is almost 3 months already and on the last step, if i go with the traditional might as well still at the first step or second.

time with your love one is more valueble than waiting for your case to move @NVC

When NVC received the case, will they send any notice to you and update the case number? How can you know NVC gets the case and what is the case number?

Does NVC has any customer service number( 800 )? Where can we find this number? Thanks!

Thanks Merk! I saw your timeline and you got a true blessing! Thats so wonderful! I think you may be the only VJ'er with an NOA2 from CSC who filed in September. That gives me hope that I could get an approval sometime soon.

Noted with thanks. Find we can send DS-3032 by email to NVCINQUIRY@State.Gov . The DS-3032 form I find on internet expires on 12/31/2006, funny, can we use this revision? Is there any new revision? We are planning in advance base on James' shortcut.

When you email the NVC with your DS-3032 - you do not need to include the form. You just send them an email - use the wording from the form if you want to - just no need to attach a form.

Hey Thanks, but I have a question....

The I-864 fee bill and a copy of the DS-3032 will be mailed to the USC, it is assumed you will make the USC the agent on the DS-3032. Who is USC?? And I always thought you would put oneself as the agent??? I am confused!!

Had anyone gone through this???

:help:

USC= United States Citizen the reasont for usc to be the agent is faster mailing with in the usa. the agent recieves all paperwork.

i think we have save a bit of time already...I did try the experimental IV bill but they have not yet received it (not yet logged into the system...I sent it priority mail on the 11th)

The time saved with James' shortcuts is primarily mailing time in both directions. So, if the beneficiary is coming from China, they'll save more time than from Canada.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous

Does anyone know if we can get the police report notation done now if suppose our case move to NVC in June? Will NVC reject our documents if it show Police Report dated 2-3 months earlier?

Also, how long does the Birthday/Divorse Notation expires? We got all this done last Nov.
