No news yet on my end--and my anxiety level is growing. Do you think there is a reason that some people got the transfer date on Feb. 22 instead of Feb. 13? Has anyone from the second group gotten an RFE or interview notice? I'm just wondering if there was some reason why we were divided into two groups.

Our check was cashed for our N-400 application, but I'm thinking about making an Infopass appt if we don't hear about the I-751 by the end of the month. Has anyone done this?

Just an update:

My husband received his 10 yr green card today. No errors thus far but I will keep looking over it a few more times to make doubly sure. We haven't received the approval notice in the snail mail yet.

James, I am waiting to see your post that you received the approval email.

8/20/08 -------> Mailed N-400 to TSC

8/21/08 -------> N-400 rec'd by TSC @ 10:42 am signed for by C Maxa

8/26/08 -------> Check cashed

8/28/08 -------> Called USCIS was told biometrics scheduled for Sept 12 @ 3 pm

9/02/08 -------> Received NOA 1 showing receipt date as August 22, 2008

9/02/08 -------> Received bio appt by snail mail verifying scheduled date as 9/12 @ 3 pm

9/12/08 -------> Fingerprints taken

12/16/08------> Interview @ 10:05 am [PASSED]; OAth given at 2 pm

12/29/08 -----> Filed for US passport book and passport card for my husband

01/08/09 -----> Rec'd US passport book in mail today; still waiting for card and return of natz cert

OK, so the first day I can't get to check my email, I come home to find this about half an hour ago, sent at 1:45PM:

BTW, in response to previous posters, my case status still showed date last touched as 2/25 at 10:00AM this morning, so it appears they go from 2/25 last touch to approved without any other work. Oh and my last name begins "C", if that helps.

Also, I was spring cleaning over the weekend and it appears we forgot to send in the 2 affadavits - the originals are still here, so maybe that isn't such a concern. When I realized we forgot to send them in on Sunday, I kind of panicked, but not so much now :)

Now to see if/when the card shows up/name spelled correctly and how many more duplicate approval emails they send tomorrow and Wednesday lol

Thanks to everyone for all the posts so far, it really does help to know we're all in the same boat - I'll keep checking back until we're all done!

to add to the multiple forecasts here, VSC will finish up all 2/25 filers this week (if their weekly total is eight like last week). Hopefully there won´t be any delays after the 2/25 batch so that the rest of the list will be approved in 2 weeks. The next approval marks more than half of the people in this thread approved: 16 out of 33 so far....

Congrats kc1974..

I hope for the speedy approval for all in this group. I have been a quiet visitor of this forum for a very long time, and this has helped me a lot in keeping my hope alive and to see the status in general. It is good to be in group with same situation then left alone.

BTW, I got touched again. I guess usual USCIS processing once approved.

I got transferred here in march and i know other people got transferred even later. youre freaking out too much girlfriend (or boyfriend?). i dont think you should get an infopass appointment since there seems to be nothing wrong other than you being nervous. it just takes patience!

Cassie, let´s see when the first 2/26 approval comes. With the "wild date mix up" so far it could be any day. Even if they finish up 2/25 first, that should be this week or early next week. Let´s hope we are all done before this month is over!!!!
