Timeline

I called NVC Jan 29th (Tuesday) and on the automated system I found out that they sent DS3032 to the beneficiary and AOS bill + copy of the DS3032 form to the petitioner (me :star: ). Next day I send both forms with USPS delivery next day( I payed $16 per document :angry: ....but its worthed anyway) and called them today and found out that DS3032 its in the system, WOOOO HOOOO..... :dance::dance::dance:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

03/25/2008 : Case forwarded to consulate. NVC message updated on 3/28/08.

05/22/2008 : Interview

05/22/2008 : Visa granted and passport collected same day.

05/26/2008 : POE (Newark, NJ).

that's so awesome i'm so happy for you!!!

we sent our ds3032 from singapore last wed (jan 30th) with UPS and they guaranteed delivery by fri, feb 1st but they missed the connecting flight in hong kong so now our papers won't get to NVC until mon, feb 4. i'm not too worried but sure hope we're as lucky as you and that our ds3032 gets into the system the day after they receive it.

I called on tuesday too and got the same information for us. my husband e-mailed the request for choice of agent(DS-3032) and I mailed the AOS fee bill the same day priority mail. I just hope that this tuesday they will say they received the payment. I wish I had been as ready as you and had the signed DS-3032 in hand to mail with it.

Good luck to us all and may NVC move faster then uscis did.
