Is there anyone still with the NOA around mine.. who is still waiting

Is there something I can do to bring life to my case? a letter? a phone call???????????//

Hi neel06, we are pretty much in the same boat. There has been no updates or whatsoever on my case since biometrics... Now it's been more than 4 months. I am anxious as well. Hopefully, we will have good news soon. Keep our fingers crossed!!!

01/2003: Came to US(F1 visa)

02/2006: Started dating with my USC husband in CA.

06/2006: He moved to IL. I was on OPT (F1 at that time)

10/2006: I relocated to IL, and moved in with my husband.

09/2007: OPT ended. I went out of the US.

10/2007: I came back to the US on H1B.

01/2008: We got married.

02/07/2008: We filed I130/I485 package to USCIS

03/07/2008: NOA for all applications

03/27/2008: Fingerprinting was done.

04/08/2008: I got AP in the mail.

04/15/2008: I got EAD in the mail.

We filed around 1/28 no touches on anything since March. Im number 4 on that list above

Hello Witty Marmalade and JALOVE. How are you guys holding up? I am starting to freak out. I mean it is so unfair. many March and April filers have gotten through their cases and we still wait. I bet a lazy person is holding our cases. anyhow... lets hope for the best.

You are not alone. I am frustrated a lot, too. Unfortunately, we can do nothing about it. I was told that the processing times also depends on USCIS local offices as well. I only hope that the fact that cases being untouched or taking long to processed does not mean something is wrong with them. Let's wait together..Our times will come Cheers!

I stopped looking everyday like i used to! i just sit and wait now the entire process for us was smooth so maybe somewhere along the line things would get held up! Im wondering if the part that takes so long is a name check FBI check and do they check other countries that you have resided in.

What state are you moving to?

You should have ample time to inform them of a move if you get a letter. But be careful becuz they will send your GC to the old address.
