I was approved today and i am so happy :dance:.

Next up - Citizenship

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On January 8, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

08/25/03: Interview

AOS Timeline

11/16/03: Married in NYC

12/17/03: Mailed AOS/EAD/AP

09/20/05: Case file transferred to California Service Center

02/06/06: Received 2 year conditional permanent resident card

Removal of Conditions Timeline

10/28/07: Filing can be done for I-751 (removal of conditions)

10/31/07: I-751 submitted to Vermont Service Center (mailed)

11/05/07: NOA 1 Date for I-751

11/15/07: Received NOA 1 extending Permanent Resident Status for 1 year.

11/27/07: Biometrics NOA date

11/30/07: Biometrics NOA received

12/13/07: Biometrics appointment

07/30/08: Approval email received

08/04/08: Conditions removed

10/15/08: Conditions fee reimbursed USCIS realized their mistake after approving the condition :P

11/07/09 Case sent to Local office for interview

11/23/2009 Received interview letter with an as of date of 11/18/2009

12/15/2009 Interview scheduled ---Approved

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
