Included also was another form to fill out that was just the time frames of what address my fiance lived in since he was 16. (Letter emailed to embassy stating petitioner still willing and able to marry beneficiary) 04/11/24: Physician scheduled. CD with chest x ray given. 04/15/24: Interview scheduled. Documents from K3 package to be brought to the interview. Medical exam results had not finished. Officer took signed employment verification letter, mortgage statement and bank statements as supporting proof for affidavit of support. Did not take W2s, tax returns, biographical passport page, or other supporting asset documents. 04/26/24: Passport package with visa picked up from UPS after 2 failed delivery attempts at home.
