Just finished my medical today. They didn't give me a sealed envelope or my xray film. Is this what they do now? I asked and they said they'll be the one to forward it to the embassy. Asking since I saw somewhere that I would be given a sealed envelope and my xray film after the medical. Pls enlighten me with this. Thank you

I am currently working on my wife's N400 and came across a couple questions I am unsure how to answer. Here are the two questions I am stuck on: Quote Have you EVER committed, agreed to commit, asked someone else to commit, helped commit, or tried to commit a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested? Include all the crimes and offenses in the United States or anywhere in the world (including domestic violence, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and crimes and offenses while you were under 18 years of age) which you EVER: -
Committed, agreed to commit, or asked someone else to commit; -
Were arrested, cited, detained, or confined for by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official; -
Were charged with committing, helping commit, or trying to commit; -
Pled guilty to; -
Were convicted of; -
Were placed in alternative sentencing or a rehabilitative program for (for example, diversion, deferred prosecution, withheld adjudication, or deferred adjudication); or -
Received a suspended sentence, clemency, amnesty, or pardon for, or were placed on probation or paroled for. And: Quote Have you EVER been arrested, cited, detained, or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official for any reason, or been charged with a crime or offense, or notified that you were being investigated for a crime?
My wife received a speeding ticket a couple years ago (under $500). Does this have to be disclosed and which question do we answer yes to if so? I may have more questions as we get further into the application which I will post on this thread but that is where we are stuck right now.

Ir-2 passed Medical, Ir-1 failed? |

Ir-2 passed medical at St.Lukes, Ir-1 (wife) failed X-ray, which really blows. Wife is down. Do we still proceed with son's interview or delay for wife, having to wait 2 weeks for sputum, then 2+ months for results, then trying to schedule IV appointment? Also, I'm thinking about moving out of California since we were already planning to get out of my birthplace state, which I can't deal with the politics anymore. Is it difficult to get the Visa's moved to a new address during this time, after submitting everything, not to miss in the mail? Thanks for any advice.

Hello, I m the Filipino beneficiary. I am hoping to get my K1 visa issued within this month. I was reading on posts here that it is very important to marry AND file for AOS within 90 days. What I know so far is, when I get to the States: 1. Apply for SSN 2. Marry 3. File AOS 4. Name change on SSN (later on, not sure when) If that s wrong please correct me. My main question though is this: given this timeframe right now, where my fiance and I are still not together in person in the US, are there any specific steps we can take in advance as of right now? Just based on everyone s experience, was there any document you wished you have requested or applied for earlier, or is everything a pretty smooth process? Just a little concerned, because it looks like many couples file for AOS past 90 days. It made me wonder whether it was very time-consuming to gather documents or something.
