You had a Friday delivery, so they maybe didn't look at it until Monday. You should be getting an email by this Friday or earlier. Watch to see if your check was deposited. That sometimes happens first.

I went through the same thing two weeks ago, didn't get NOA1 until ten days after mailing. Good luck!

Hi dear VJ members, ^_^

My fiance also sent the petition on August.

To be honest we both worry too much.

Previously I was denied twice when applying tourist visa to meet my fiance in the USA.

From the post, VJ members said it would not impact to the K-1 Visa. I feel glad.

Finally we start our K-1 visa process ????

Lets fighting.

Hopefully our process will go smooth and approved soon.

Good luck for all ^_^

I had this same thing happen with the zip code not matching but it was fine :)

I first introduced my self in the July filers thread because I sent my I-129 app end of July but my official NOA1 date is August 4 so I guess I'm an August filer :) here's to hoping things go super quick for all of us. My fiancé is in Ukraine and with all the rumors of war I'm so anxious for him to get out of there!

I sent my package at the beginning of Aug. Hope for speedy approval  . I been reading a lot around the forum and average of processing time is around 2 half month.

So I hope I got approve by some time in beginning of OCT.

PS: Waiting is the hardest part. :clock:
