I'd like to update my timeline, since my I-130 petition was transferred to the Potomac Service Center, but that service center is not an option in the dropdown menu. Does anyone know how to put in a request to VisaJourney for them to update their templates? Thanks!

I just wrote them and asked them about it. Mine got transferred there as well. Hopefully are cases will get started on soon

Hi, my case was transferred to Potomac too.

Did you get anything back from them? I was searching online, but could not get any info. :(

I hope we will not need to wait for five more months from the day they transferred case.

Good luck on your journey!!!

Hey no, i have not heard anything else. I don't think it should take an additional 5 months though. Once mine gets to the original 5 month marker i will start making calls if I have not received another update by then.

I'm of the same mindset of Stephanie.sue29; while I have found virtually no information about the Potomac Center, I am still hopeful for a December NOA2, as was projected originally at the Nebraska Center.

Since this is not a permanent Service Center, we track transferred cases from by the original Service Center & benefit type. All folks will have xfers so the timeline should reflect correctly. At some point the Service Center will stop transferring cases. You can annotate your timeline as transferred.

The problem is, we can't mark our timelines as transferred because when you do that you are required to specify which center you have been transferred to, and the Potomac center isn't even and option on the dropdown menu.

Just wanted to say that I just got my NOA1 today and it says my petition is being routed to Potomac Service Center. It's not being transferred, that's where my petition is starting. Please look into changing the options in the timeline as mine will unfortunately provide incorrect statistical data due to not being able to choose Potomac as my original service center.
