Just a quick question.  Are the G-325 forms still being used.  I want to file my petition today but I dont know if I need to submit this.  So far this is what I have

1. Filing fee in the amount of $535.00
2. Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée
3. Supplement to Form I-129F: Part 2, Question 53.a., explanation of meeting my fiancée in person
4. Form G-1145, Notification of Acceptance of Application/Petition
5. Statement of Intent to Marry (Petitioner)
6. Statement of Intent to Marry (Beneficiary)
7. Proof of having met in person within the past two years
8. Copies of my itineraries
9. Photos of my trips and family photos (lots of them)
10. Proof of ongoing (bona fide) relationship.

11. Certificate of no criminal history from beneficuary

12. Certificate of birth from beneficuary

13. Certificate of no prior marriages from beneficuary

14.  Affidavit of support

15. copy of beneficuary's passport

16. Copy of my passport, social security card and ID and my birth certificate.

17. copy of certified divorce and certified decree.

18. I will provide them with a CD of over 10,000 pages of 2 years + of conversations from WhatsApp, Facebook, Skyrock, Viber, Google hangouts, Skype (I'll just print out our first conversation and our last so that they see its still ongoing.)

19.  Three years of tax returns

20. Money that I have sent over there for my trips and for family stuff (like ramadan/EID), personal use etc.

Yes I know, Im well aware that I'm jumping the gun, but want to make sure that I submit everything I can and go from there

The G-325A is no longer needed. They won't look at the CD you are sending them with the relationship evidence, so I recommend you print some (not all 10,000!) pages of chat/call logs.

The beneficiary's criminal history and single hood certificate are not needed at this point. They may need to get new copies come interview time because they are only valid for 6 months in Morocco.

You also do not need to send the affidavit of support/tax information yet, it isn't needed until the interview.

Exactly as above.

  • G-325As not needed
  • I-134 + supporting documents are not looked at until the interview, and will be out of date by the time it reaches them.
  • Police certs also aren't needed yet and won't be looked at (and may be expired by the time of the interview).
  • CDs are not accepted in any form. They need to be able to scan whatever you send them into their system.
  • The beneficiary's birth certificate and passport copy isn't needed yet.
  • What proof of being a USC did you send?
    • Nevermind, I see now. This is overkill...just the birth certificate (if born in the US) is fine, or a copy of the passport. A social security card isn't proof of anything here (plenty of non-citizens can get and use them fine).
  • How did you first come into contact with each other? If via an online website...especially a dating website...provide evidence that they are not an IMB.

You included a lot of stuff that they won't need at this point. I don't think the CD should be submitted, and I would consider instead printing out a few more messages for them to look at (not 10,000! I included about 12 pages of texts sent over an extended period of time.) It seems like you have merged everything you will need for your beneficiary's visa interview into your I-129F petition and that's not necessary. Be thorough by all means but don't overdo it like that.

Also, they prefer you attach the G-1145 notification form to the front. I would put it after the check and before the cover letter.

these criminal reports are needed only at interview (2 of them) for the Moroccan

Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station at their place of residence

USCIS only needs to see a few chats over the course of time

i sent selected sections of a few each month

they will ask to bring them to interview but no one at Casa is intersested in them

you do not need to send in SS card copy

tax returns are not needed at this point / NVC will ask for them (the next step in process)

no longer, as stated above, do u need G325

incha allah you will succeed

casa is hard embassy so have plenty of face time together

BTW, not to discourage u but they just denied a moroccan USC who married a moroccan and that is tough to understand

I forgot to say the one criminal investigation report is only good for 90 days so it must be done and translated into English just before the interview

and in case no one told u all the Moroccan documents must be sent in Arabic and English

OP is going for a K-1 visa....NVC doesn't do any processing. They assign a case number, package it up for the embassy, and send it right off. The tax returns will only be seen by the CO at the interview.

I'm not sure what to tell you other than NVC doesn't use or review this for a K-1 or do any processing like that for it. That's the current process.
