RFE (They lost my medical), replied with DS-3025, two months no response

A while back I did the GC interview with wifey. All went good and fine. Then I got an RFE saying that they want sealed medical documents. Of course I gave those documents at the Point of Arrival (Calgary, Alberta)... which means they lost them. I have my EAD and I'm working a ton so I put off replying to the RFE till the last minute.

I also filled out a change of address form and sent it in a week or two before sending my RFE response (we moved). For the RFE response I sent in a photocopy of my DS-3025 and a CD that had medical results on them (The office gave it to me, I think they mentioned to send it in if they lose my documents but I don't remember fully) my medical stuff was all done Sept, 18 2015.

I'm in New York City. My question is, can I contact someone to see if they A) got my change of address B) accepted my proof of vaccinations and everything?

I'm worried that they sent me a response to my old address or that something got lost in the mail. It's been exactly 2 months since I replied to the RFE.

When you sent in the AOS I-485 paperwork did you include the DS3025 at that time? I assume your medical exam of 09/18/15 was within the one year time period.

My concern would be if you responded to the RFE correctly. What did the exact wording of the RFE say? An RFE for medicals are either going to imply that you will need a FULL medical completed and recertified by a US civil surgeon on the I-693 form, or just the vaccination supplement completed and recertified by a US civil surgeon. Sending in the DS3025 at the point of the RFE is usually not what they want from you... and they will certainly not want the CD at all.

You may need to chase this with a service request or at the very least make an Infopass appointment.

Yeah I for sure sent in medical records. Everything was done within the one year period.

They ticked a box on an RFE sheet.

It said:

"Complete updated form edical examination report form (I-693) and mediccal examination report supplemental (I-693A) The documents must be submitted in the original envelope sealed by the medical office"

Correct... that's what they wanted from you. Not the DS3025 and CD that you sent in.

Sent AOS last December

When was the interview?

And was your DS-3025 ticked as complete?

I'm more concerned that your status haven't updated all to RFE received or anything. Have you tried to do a service request online?

No I haven't tried. I guess that's the next step.
