76DAYS WAITING

Hi Vj Members,

So, its been 76days we're waiting for our NOA2. Should i already worry about it? Our case address here in UAE since im currently working here but im originally from Philippines. Is this really normal to wait this long? Is there's a lot of applicants here in UAE thats why uscis is taking long to approved our case? Im sorry, its just that im already frustrated about it and cant wait to be with my fiancee ( PETITIONER ). Also we're hoping to get the visa in December and celebrate Christmas or New Year in States. Should this still be possible?

MAY 9,2016 - SENT I-129F K1 VISA

MAY 13 - RECEIVED USCIS APP NOTICE

MAY 17 - NOA1 DATE

JUNE 16 - DATE OF BIRTH UPDATED ( USCIS MISPELLED MY FIANCEE DATE OF BIRTH )

................ - STILL WAITING FOR NOA 2

Don;t worry, we waited exactly 3 months for a RFE and another 1 month and 1 week for NOA2. 128 days from the NOA1 we got the approval.

We're all in same boat, it's hard to wait since we just want to be with our loved ones. It sucks. 76 days isn't that long but you might hear something from USCIS soon. Our petition was approved after 177 days (almost 6 months) without RFE.

Just got NOA2 on July, 27, waiting for NVC now...

OMG. Thats crazy for 177 days. But im also glad that you got approved. I feel ashamed for worrying much in just 76days now. lol

What makes me worry is that seeing cases after ours was already approved. Though i really felt happy every time seeing cases approved It sucks that they got it first than us knowing USCIS received ours before them.

My approval came in at 113 days after i responded to an RFE I received at 98 days.

Then the 3-4 week wait for NVC #....

My interview is on the 18th of this month.

So everyones different some months fly through others wait it out.

My fiance is processing out of ABD and our NOA2 came 89 days later without RFE. Our NVC wait was 23 days and it took 11 days for case to be ready and I think that was due to 4th of July holiday and Ramadan.

Just hang in there. I know it's tough but thankfully ABD processes quickly and lets you schedule your interview yourself (they have multiple appointments open throughout the month) so after NVC it will hopefully be less waiting and more in your control

You're only at the halfway point of being outside the normal processing time of 5 months.

NVC has no info on his or her case. It hasnt been approved and in order for USCIS to entertain helping OP case would have needed approval or out of normal processing time which is 5 months.
