Filing for my sister

Hi Im filing i130 for my sister's family of 4 ( 2 children ages 7 & 5)

Do i need seperate form for each person?Will the fees be $420*4 or $420?

only one i130, on question C17, it will ask to list your sister's spouse and children

the petition will take around 13 years, hopefully her 7 year old makes it and doesn't age out, the 5 year old child is young enough to get the GC

Children only come into it of they qualify when the visa number becomes current, unlikely in this case.

Why is it unlikely in this case? Seems like CSPA does make it likely that they will qualify for visas when the PD becomes current.

Last projections I saw were that people filing now would be looking at 20 years or so. Would need CSPA to really kick in.

All a guessing game, it will be whatever it is, just makes the point that the Sister only is currently being filed for, spouses and children are a looong way off as issues.

India is longer than other countries - by about 2 years currently but is likely to get longer due to the numbers. So 15 years now but very likely to be around 20 years by the time the OP's PD is current.
