Received checklist for AOS on Feb 10, replied and now waiting for review and case completion.

Anybody else on the same boat?..

Me too waiting for Case Complete..has only been a week since they received our packages..and the day after we received a false checklist..

Why they send AOS checklist if they have AOS package??all receive it?

Quick question. .. my mom is petitioning my brother... we got a case number, we paid AOS and IV fee, and we send the docs por AOS. How long does it take for NVC to check the AOS once is received? Also, the IV form we did online, do we have to include that along with the supporting docs? Or will it be only cover sheet and supporting docs? Thanks in advance for your help and time.

With this process we cant tell how much time will review take for sure, for example in my case, they took almost 15 business day to review AOS.

When sending the IV supporting documents, only attached the cover sheet. The DS-260 form is filled online, and its already in the system (as opposed to the DS-230 which was the old paper version)

Same here,, sent the forms and documents on feb 4. Received an email last week that they cant open one of my i864 document as its password protected or encrypted. I was like what?!!?!

Why would anyone do that? Anyways i resent them. Also i tried opening the pdf files i sent them from multiple computers and it opens just fine!

My PD is 24 May,2013.

Packet IV n DS 260 reviewed n accepted by NVC.

Now,they are reviewing AOS documents which my husband sent on Feb 4.

Waiting for CC.

Second RFE concerning I 864 sent in last week.

PD is August 2011

It's been so long I don't know when they will send in the CC. Some folks here on VJ say it takes just a week since they are reviewing only 1 document. Some say wait for 20+ days.

Really really frustrating.
