Since you are dealing with Ghana my advice is before filing anything else, make another trip to see your husband and create TONS of evidence.

We have evidence of our 3 time meeting within the period of 11 months. Ghana, istanbul, Ghana. K1 was denied because C/O feels we are more than fiancee. Because being muslims and how she is blended with my family is not something acceptable by the Islamic rule. She feels we married.

The c.o thinks we married. Because she emphasized on our religious believes and why she is so blended to the family if we not married. But Why is the k3 obsolete.

Get married and file an I-130 for CR-1. K-3 is obsolete because it's an inferior visa. It does not give a GC on entry automatically. It used to take less time to get it than the CR-1 which gives a GC on entry and so it was used to bring couples together quicker, but nowadays it takes the same amount of time therefore it's not used anymore.

I am sorry you were denied and that this makes your visa journey that much longer.

Try to take solace in the fact that at least they believe your relationship is genuine. As far as K-1 denial reasons go, this one, although very annoying, is somewhat a "good" one.

How can we get a formal letter from the consulate stating the reason for our k1 denial Since we planning to go for the spousal visa?

Hello everyone,

I have a situation. My fiance and I went to interview in May 23rd, 2016, we were then placed in administrative processing, and waited for two months for response on 07/12/2016, my fiance got a notice of possible revocation and that our case was sent back to USCIS. I'm not sure what to do. Please advise. I don't know how much longer it will take. I applied for K1 on Dec 10, 2016.
