Possible Requirements after sending Form I129F?

Hi All,

My fiance and I wants to arrange/gather the possible required documents for K1 visa application after we have submitted to USCIS the form I29F along with more forms and required documents. My fiance received an email from USCIS that our case has been received and hard copy will be receiving soon. My questions is.. What is the next step we need to do? Or any advise, what else we need to submit while we are awaiting for NOA2?

Thanks for the swift response :) Another question, as per as USCIS' email , the case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER. Does it mean, if we ever get an RFE we have to submit it to california and not to texas?

Hi , back to the drawing board on your timeline. Your case was technically not transferred. Please update to remove any mention of texas. Just put as California center and at the bottom of your timeline you will see the new updated processing time for your case as currently it states June 2016. You don't want to wait that long . Haha. Good luck and welcome to the forum

When I tried to remove the Original Service Center which is Texas, my timeline did not show when is the possible date of my NOA2 :-/ maybe its really long wait since I am based in Bahrain?

The petitions are not mailed directly to any service center. They are sent to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility and routed to the appropriate service center from there. It is not a transfer. This happens to ALL petitions.

You did it right. Go back and look at your timeline now. It has updated to show a process projection date of Jan 18th. This date range is not Guaranteed. Hope that helps.

The petitions are not mailed directly to any service center. They are sent to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility and routed to the appropriate service center from there. It is not a transfer. This happens to ALL petitions.

July 22, 2016 - I-485 Fingerprint Fee was received
July 26, 2016 - Electronic text & email received at 12:20midnight
July 26, 2016 - Check has been cashed out at 4:00am
July 29, 2016 - AOS, EAD & AP NOA1s hardcopy received
August 05, 2016 - Biometric Appointment Letter received (it was sent on 2nd Aug)
August 15, 2016 - Biometric Successfully Done within 20 minutes at Southpoint Jacksonville
September 21, 2016 - EAD and AP APPROVED via USCIS case status (Sept. 21 in the morning, EAD status was "NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED" and same day in the evening EAD and AP = APPROVED :dancing: )
September 26, 2016 - EAD and AP Approval Notice Hardcopies Received by Mailbox
October 5, 2016 - EAD case changed to CARD WAS MAILED
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card (EAD/AP) status changed to CARD WAS DELIVERED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card received :) when I checked our mailbox at 4pm
October 12, 2016 - Went to SS Office and changed my name to married name
**No Interview for I485 :dancing::idea::dancing:
November 17, 2016 - Green Card status APPROVED and in the afternoon it changed to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED :dancing:
November 23, 2016 - Card was mailed to me
November 25, 2016 - Card was picked up by USPS
November 26, 2016 - Green Card received in the mailbox : :dancing:
