Actually it was asserted that when the killer is white, there's a bigger probability of them being captured without incident. This isn't racist logic, just something that's been touched upon outside of here. Especially when there have been more than a few black men killed that weren't armed, but this kid who went and murdered 9 people and was arrested without any incident. If by the account by folks here, you included, breaking the law, resisting the cops, or running is guaranteed a death sentence, why are so many mass murderers, who happen to be white, are still alive?

Blacks that don't commit crimes, get put in jail-check out the exoneration rates

And how many are in prison for multiple murders? You're using inductive vs deductive reasoning.

The issue is once again, you'd rather look at black on black murder rather than white on black or even white on white. It's been touched upon daily that police interaction with minorities is clearly biased.
