bummer! when i checked my status this is what i saw.....i cannot believe that i have to get this notice again...i don't know what initial evidence they want and its freaking me out!

Request for Initial Evidence Notice Was Mailed

On November 18, 2014, we suspended processing of your case, Receipt Number MSC#########, because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your request for initial evidence notice by December 18, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

So sorry:( I hope it is something simple to fix... Did they notify you by email/txt or did u just check online?

AOS:

- 9/15/14 : USCIS received my I-130, I-485, & I-765 applications at the Chicago lockbox. [day 1] NOA txts rec'd 2 days later.
- 9/20/14 : Received 3 NOA receipts in mail saying case was being processed at the NBC [day 5]
- 9/26/14 : Received biometrics appt letter in the mail; appt. set for 10/6/14 at the Nashville office. [day 11]
- 9/30/14 : Successful early walk-in for my biometrics [day 15]
- 11/24/14 : Received email/txt notification that my EAD card is being produced [day 70] :)
- 12/2/14 : Received EAD card [day 78] :thumbs:
- 12/27/14 : Received interview letter in mail :content: [day 103] (Rec'd txt update on 12/29/14)
- 1/28/15 : Interview date! ​(Went w/a lawyer) We were given an approval letter!! :dancing: [day 135]
- 2/2/15 : Received 2 texts:I-485 (Welcome Notice mailed) I-130 (Petition Approved) **SOOO Happppy!!** :D:content::D
- 2/4/15 : Notified that GC was mailed, card received on 2/5/15!! [day 143] *So Blessed!* :):content::star::D

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Infopass is you need to schedule an appointment with the nearest USCIS office. They may help you in follow up with your EAD since it's almost 90 days.

You may also try to check the USCIS ombudsman...

Congratulations to everyone who received updates with their application and also to our pioneers, you guys opened the door to all of us! All we need is patience and prayers. Goodluck to everyone. :)

On the other note, I still haven't recieved any letter from USCIS as to when will our schedule for interview will be. After Nov 21 if I still haven't recieve any letter I Will call them or get an "e request" good evening everyone! :)

I could guess that feeling. My interview is dec 8th and I can't wait till it's over. Right now I just trying to put together us much evidence possible and working a lot keeping my self busy. Plus me and my wife is going on vacation the week before the interview so we can relax a little. This is so stressful. If u don't mind we ask what branch is ur interview?

Arthur, when did you do your biometrics? Updating our little database here. Heheh.. And also, did you get your EAD/AP card already?

I love bingo! My mom used to go to the mall...and yes I will TIER 2 after I get the notice.i called the USCIS and waited for 2 hours on hold just to get nothing from him....he was nice though

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Wow! Congratulations Aurore... I hope and still praying for mine. I'm so worried. Huhu. I hate that RFE. I really need a job soon. I just check mine and there is no update yet.
