I am just wondering why not all of us June Filers got transferred to CSC. Do you think this is a bad omen to worry about? :unsure:

there is no set order. give it another week as i'm sure you will get transferred too along with other filers who are yet to be transferred. good luck.

@Kash2011,

that link you posted was for something else. If you look at the bottom right, you would see that announcement date is prior to cases started transferring.

everyone who's getting transferred has to go for second bio appointment. I went for mine on the 25th.

another couple of users already went for theirs.

This is correct; the information related to something else. Having said that, I do hope if any further months are transferred they change the current mess of a second biometrics appointment; it really does seem silly to use this approach.

There's that smell again...

So I made an inquiry online about my case. Got a letter with a new date for biometrics yesterday. Today I get one that says, and I quote:

"The required biometrics for your permanent resident card had been successfully uploaded from a previously filed petition/application. Therefore, an appointment at the ASC is not necessary.

I haven't received anything about a transfer.... Wondering what's going on with my application :(

My timeline thus far:
AOS (2012):
- May 10th- Mailed package
- May 14th- Package received
- May 17th- NOA1 for I-130, I-485 and I-76
- May 21st- Received NOAs for I-130, I-485 and I-765 in the mail
- May 24th- Received Biometrics appointment in the mail for June 11th
- June 11th- Biometrics appointment
- June 28th- Received interview appointment for July 31st
- July 21st- EAD card production notice
- July 30th- Received EAD card in the mail
- July 31st- AOS interview (approved)
- August 6th- Applied for SSN
- August 9th- Received GC in the mail!! :D
- August 11th- Received SSN card

ROC (2014):

-June 27th- Mailed I-751 (Signature confirmation confirmed the date)

-June 30th- Receipt date for NOA

My new green card arrived yesterday. It has an expiration date in 2024 and a "resident since" date in august 2012, which confirms that I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in august of next year. In case anyone else was wondering.

2012

Apr. 4 - Filed AOS package
Apr. 6 - 4 NOAs
Apr. 18 - Biometrics appointment notice for May 14.
Apr. 24 - online status changed to Request for Initial Evidence (pesky tax transcripts)
Apr. 28 - RFE notice arrived in the mail
Apr. 30 - Responded to RFE
May 3 - Online status changed to "Request for Evidence Response Review"
May 9 - Successful early walk-in biometrics in Milwaukee
June 5 - Online status changed to "Testing and Interview" - Interview date: July 11. Online interview location: NBC
June 6 - EAD/AP card in production; NOA 2 in the mail. Interview location: local office
June 12 - EAD/AP picked up by USPS
June 14 - EAD/AP in the mail
June 15 - applied for a SSN
June 22 - got SSN
July 11 - Interview - approved on the spot!
August 8 - online status changes to approval. GC should arrive in "up to 60 days". Yah, we're out of plastic in Wisco.

2014

June 3 - filed for ROC

June 25 - NOA1

Sometime mid July - the letter for biometrics came in, while I was abroad; I pushed the date back to August

Sometime in August - biometrics on the right day, didn't go for early

August 25 - RFE, deadline Nov 14

Nov 10 - sent out RFE response

Nov 19 - card ordered, no interview

Nov 30 - green card arrived
