pob260 -> can you please check your CEAC status (ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx) and tell us what it says there? Does it still say "At NVC" even though you got your interview date?

when was your CC.

Its been seen that they generally take the 20th as the cutoff date to give out interview dates ( there are some exceptions though).

CEAC status is "At NVC". I believe the status won't change until they send the file over to the embassy (generally could take up to 2 weeks depending upon embassies)

You mean interview date on 25 March?

Can you check your status at http://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and tell me if it still says "At NVC"? Also did you get an email about the interview date, and did they tell you when they gave you the date (i.e. today, yesterday etc)?

Sorry, yes 25th of March is my interview date. Its still "at NVC". I haven't received the email yet. They told me they within a few days. I believe they have just released the interview dates for March just today.

My CC was 30 Dec 2013. It's earlier than yours and yet I don't have a date yet...go figure smile.png

It must be something with the visa type. we're both Family based petition. Just hang on buddy. try calling them tomorrow.

Yes, i'm aware of it. its valid for a year. http://dublin.usembassy.gov/medical_exam.html.

The Doctor allowed me to the advance medical. Several beneficiaries are doing it in advance.

I have to correct some misunderstanding people have.

Yes the medical results are good for 12 months, however you have 6 months to travel and POE in the US. Your Visa you will get in passport is valid 6 months from medical thats why you hear "wait until you have interview date to schedule medical.

Don't want people thinking they can travel whenever again you have 6 months from medical. You will see when you have interview and get your Visa. Look at the expiry.
