Hi, I also just received my case number, but it from the consulate, but they said they could not send out the package 3 as all the information has not been send to them. I also received this email for NVC, as follow:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: WACXXXXXXXX filed by My Name on behalf of My Fiancee Name.

A packet containing the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice was sent to the designated agent for this case. The fee(s) must be received before the petition can be processed further.

I don't understand the second part about the application processing fee bill invoice, I filed Form I-129F, and included the fee when I filed. Is there additional fee I have to paid in order for my fiancée to received her package 3? Please help for those who went through it before me, much appreciated.

fchan I believe this fee is the interview fee for the Embassy that will be required besides your medical fee to pay. I believe this is the one required to pay for you to get the Visa for Entry. Check this link out. http://www.ustraveldocs.com/sg/sg-niv-paymentinfo.asp. I hope this will answer your question.

This link refers to Singapore in which we are base from, so you might need to change to your country if its Philippines than the sg is changed to ph in the link. So here is the link for Philippines; http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-paymentinfo.asp.
