I haven't seen a topic for people like my husband and I, we filed in December and were transferred to CSC in January. Did anyone else transfer in January? I just want to look at some of your timelines and see what's up because it look incredibly slow. I had no idea going to CSC was going to be such a death sentence to our progress!!

LOL, it's not a death sentence :star: It's actually great news because since you were transferred to CSC, you 'most likely' will be approved without an AOS interview...it's worth the wait. Hang in there!

My sister's case was transferred in January as well and she is still awaiting the "faster processing". Her husband who was petitioned after her, had his interview in March and received his GC a week after. They have plans to travel and may have better luck, than my son whose process began with a Feb 1 priority date and a March transfer. These are family petitions that are straightforward. However, they have all joined the infamous "Faster Processing" line. I now have to make other plans for my son's summer and scrap the idea of international travels. AP won't help him because he is adjusting from B1/B2 and my former husband passed away before he could petition for him. :(

LOL, it's not a death sentence :star: It's actually great news because since you were transferred to CSC, you 'most likely' will be approved without an AOS interview...it's worth the wait. Hang in there!

:) it certainly feels like a death sentence ;). I'd rather that my son was interviewed than a long wait for faster processing. With summer almost here, plans cannot be made for vacation. :(

So true. I think they forgot the last three words after case transferred - "to be forgotten" lol. I hope that my son will be approved by next summer so that he may visit his dad whom he hasn't seen in 6 years.

Nothing here, though they say they're reviewing my RFE response. It drives me nuts to think that in March, if they hadn't screwed up, I'd have gotten an approval instead of a bogus RFE.

Some days I'm patient, some days impatient!! Ugh. No touch since 1/19. I think that's when they got it at Csc.

May, 2010 became penpals

Many, many phone calls and letters

September 10, 2010 met for first time in Rome. Love at first site, absolutely.

October, 2010 visited him in England.

December 31, 2010 he came here for Christmas/New Years. Engaged New Year's Eve.

January 21, 2011 Sent I-129F

January 22, 2011 Delivered Lewisville, TX

January 27, 2011 Received email notification of NOA1, case forwarded to VSC

January 29, 2011 Received hard copy NOA1 via snail mail

February 11, 2011 Visited him in England for 10 blissful days and met his wonderful family

April 23, 2011 Spent 10 amazing days together in Cancun and wished even more that we could go home together!

May 24, 2011 NOA2!!! Finally!! We are absolutely thrilled!

July 1, 2011 Medical with Knightsbridge Doctors (all is well!)

July 2, 2011 Mailed ready documents to London embassy via signature delivery

July 5, 2011 Embassy signed for documents

July 18, 2011 Received Packet 4

July 29, 2011 Flying to London for visit with my love and his family! So excited
