As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

Does one service center seem to move faster than the other one? Or does it seem everything just moves slow????:whistle:

both. everything moves slowly and Vermont is much, much slower than California (at least in the last year or so). Currently, it seems CSC filers from October are getting approved whereas VSC filers from June/July are getting approved, so there's a close to 4 month difference on average. I'm glad we're with CSC!

I sent off my packet today, dunno if it will be logged before the end of the month but ah well. Sent to CSC.

Barely made it into February filers but here I am. Today is 90 days before my GC expiration, so I sat down, assembled the package to USCIS and it's going in the mail tomorrow. Whew... it was so much easier to do than adjusting status (of course, I adjusted status 3 times before I married and became permanent resident, so I shouldn't complain)! It's nice to see that some of you are already done with biometrics, I hope it goes smooth and fast for all of us good.gif

Hello, I received my biometrics appointment today. It's on March 26th, but I should be able to do a walk-in earlier than that, right?

Can someone update the timeline for me? As I said before, I always mess up the formatting when I change the table myself. Thanks!

AUGUST 10 2004 - Arrived in Austin, TX with F-1 student visa status.

EARLY JAN/FEB 2008 - Met Michael (my future husband) in the café where he works.

APRIL 12 2008 - We go on our first date. It lasted 2 days!

APRIL 13 2009 - Got married in Marfa, TX, in the middle of the West Texan desert.

NOVEMBER 4 2009 - Finally saved up enough money to send off I-130; I-485; I-131; I-765.

NOVEMBER 5 2009 - Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox at 9:32 a.m! Signed for by A. Analakis. [DAY 1]

NOVEMBER 12 2009 - Cheques for I-485 and I-130 are finally cashed! [DAY 8]

NOVEMBER 12 2009 - I-485, I-130, I-1765 & I-131 are all "touched"! [DAY 8]

Updated our case. We received the NOA1 today, 2/29/2012. The NOA1 was dated 2/24/2012. However, when I go to register my case (EACXXXXXXXXXX) for update, the message is the following:

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

Should I be concerned?

Hello, I received my biometrics appointment today. It's on March 26th, but I should be able to do a walk-in earlier than that, right?

Can someone update the timeline for me? As I said before, I always mess up the formatting when I change the table myself. Thanks!

Me&Her, I wouldn't worry. My whole K1 case didn't show up until after I got packet 3, way after my NOA2, and then the status never updated. My K1 still says pending lol

05-04-09 - I-130 Sent

12-13-09 - INTERVIEW PASSED (Qatar)....Spent 12 weeks in AP

03-03-10 - VISA IN HAND :)

03-06-10 - AHMED COMES HOME :)

03-12-10 - SS# card received

03-19-10 - GC received

05-15-10 - First job

06-01-11 - Better job!

03-2012 - Started our business

Removal of Conditions/10 yr GC

02-15-12 - Sent I-175 ROC

07-17-12 - approved!....card production ordered!!!!

07-21-12 - 10 yr card arrived in mail :)
