08/16/2012 - received at NVC

I think April is a possibility for Vermont filers as Igor's list shows that they are already working on December petitions. For California petitions, however, they are still working through November. It will be so wonderful to see some people from January get approved (California or Vermont) because this thread will start to become alive with happiness!

what are those numbers? I don't think I get it...

It is I-129F applications (except first row is all other applications).. Look at the header it includes completed, receipts, date, pending customer action...

you can generate data yourself from here...

yes I am looking at it and wondering how to figure it out... how come completion is higher than receipts? hmmmm I don't really get it :(

Because the complete is from prior months receipts. example, december 2011, vermont reveived 1601 i-129F applications. That month they also completed 2387 applications which were submitted in prior months (ie, 4-6 month delay from receipt to complete)

Awesome analysis L+T. And I agree. Many January petitions will receive approvals in April. They will be able to work through December petitions very quickly with so few submissions.

Hoping to get the NOA2 by my fiance's birthday! (May 13) It would be a great, great gift!

I've been hoping since the very beginning of the process to have my NOA2 for my birthday on May 10th! It's not impossible, but CSC would have to start moving a little quicker as the current pace is a little slow. :unsure:
