When you look on your skype chat window with your fiance, you will see '3 days ago', '7 days ago', '1 month ago', '3 months ago', '6 months ago' and '1 year ago'. As you click it, it moves and shows your chat history within the days, months or year you clicked and you can copy and paste them into word pad or whatever you want to copy and paste them to. I hope this help because that's the only idea i got here.

My case was touched a few days ago, and today I got a notification that the spelling error was corrected. I know it was only touched to correct the file, but still I did print out the pictures we had from Walgreens, but we really need to have some more taken together. We're having an engagement photo session in April, so I will include those for the interview.

Hi everybody!

Ours was delivered on January 23, but here is the thing, I messed up on the addresses and sent it w Priority mail to the Lewisville instead of Dallas! The USPS web-site says it was delivered, but I'm wondering right now what happened to it after that, like did they possibly just accept it there, send it back to the sender or forwarded to Dallas?

Of course we didn't receive NOA1 yet...

To see the touches you need to sign up for case updates. Here's the link that I use: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/displayAddCaseCustomer.do

Then, once you sign in with your details, it will tell you when your file was last touched. Don't rely heavily on it though, because some people have been through the whole procedure and not had a single touch. It also drives you a little potty when you are bored and keep checking in two or three times a day...

On a side note, it is really exciting to see some September filers getting their NOA2s! Hopefully that will be us in four months (or less!).

just to add to that... a touch is just the "last updated" date. i totally agree with not relying on it and not checking it all the time because my case was touched once 2 days after my NOA1, again when i got NOA2, and then again 4 days later.

I checked "Three or more convictions for crimes related to a controlled substance..." in part C question 2 and i only had court papers for 2 of them, the third one was not on file since it was a long time ago, but I had that clarified in a letter of explanation (all 3 relating to DUI)

I got assigned to the CSC. Kind of weird - I put in my NOA1 date and my estimated timeline was June 25 to July 5th, and now it's June 20th to June 29th. I got moved up somehow. I think the CSC is finally starting to make some headway.

Just for all of you CSC filers out there, I pulled the pending VJ app #'s today (K1 and K3 together) -

September - 66 files

October - 73 files

November - 60 files

December - 64 files

January - 50 files

It looks like there was not a lot of NOA1's files for January. I would imagine after they get the October files done, things are going to really start moving at the CSC. *crossing fingers*

I'm praying too they will keep on working hard on K1 VISAs for a while Fingers crossed!!

I like that we are now in March as we can safely say that our petitions were submitted over a month ago! I hope that everyone is hanging in there and is optimistic about being approved and with their loved one before winter sets in!
