Thanks Skip. I've booked the moving truck for April 29th, so that is our POE!

Between trying to get stuff ready for the move, trying to make wedding plans plus we

just put an offer in on a house yesterday :D - I've been a very busy girl, so the

time is going fast!

For us, we ended up being January 2013 filers for AOS and my husband got his EAD/AP on April Fool's Day (haha no joke!). He starts his first job today so I am very happy he was able to get one so quickly. Still waiting for his green card, no interview at this time. We are happy everything else is taken care of and he is able to work. That's about it for us. Just living a good life right now biggrin.gifrose.gif

I hear ya on that. I felt overwhelmed having to do the paperwork again and I delayed it for almost a month. I should have done it a bit sooner, but everything worked out so far. Let me know if you need any help smile.gif

Congrats! .

We are getting AOS papers together .. at this moment. I am getting certified copy of marriage license. .

I will have to translate her birth certificate. . It was hand written.. lol

Most is aos forms filled out.. need to get her appointment at civi surgeon.. and send check while I can.. lol

Just an update:

Our POE was April 30th.

We "made it legal" on May 6th before a judge in Lampasas.

I just finished up all the paperwork for AOS - EAD & AP for myself and the two kids. What a lot lot lot of paperwork.. WOW! huh.png

But I am so happy to have it done! Now we can sit back and wait for everything. Big load off my shoulders though!

Now onto wedding planning. Our wedding date is set for Sept 28th, 2013. We are having our ceremony in the backyard of our new house. biggrin.png
