Hi everyone! I sent my I-130 on oct. 31; USPS delivered it november 02. Im waiting for a confirmation that USCIS really got my package! I know, i know, it just started this "waiting" thing!hehe! Who´s in the same boat? God bless us with looots of patiance and grace! :thumbs:

USCIS 155 DAYS

09/29/2011: We got married =)

10/31/2011: I-130 sent

11/14/2011: NOA1

04/17/2012: I-130 Approved (No RFE praise the Lord!)

NVC 42 DAYS

06/04/2012: NVC received

06/07/2012: DS-3032 accepted

07/13/2012: Case complete at NVC

07/16/2012: Interview scheduled (Interview Date: 08/29/2012)

07/25/2012: Medical

RIO DE JANEIRO CONSULATE

08/29/2012: Interview

XX/XX/2012: Passaport in hands

XX/XX/2012: POE

My interview took 289 days to be schedule since my I-130 NOA1 date.

Greetings all,

I am so excited to be among the November 2011 Filers. I mailer my package via USPS november 7th. My tracking number showed that the package has been delivered to USCIS november 9th 2011. Now i am expecting to get My NOA1 via text message and email within 3 or 4 days. God has already made a way! yay people! Good luck to you all!

Yep, November filer. Saw that they cashed our cheque today for $420 ..... that's got to be a good sign.

Thank you :) F2A is for spouses of LPR's. My husband is eligible for citizenship in 2012 and then we will be able to upgrade our petition to CR1.

01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.
