am an f2b pd 97 in 07 i got visa and got green card after month but the thing is am married in 04 but am hid this went back got new marriage certificate in 2008 after got the green card am file for my spouse and the two kids date of birth 1st 06 2sd 2010 the interview was today the office show my spouse the old copy of marriage certificate and told her we hold your file until get the original so whats happen next do am gotta lose my green card

you could loose your green card... u could be deported - yes! your best chice now BEFORE providing the REQUESTED information is to seek a lawyer.. explain now truthfully what you did and hoping they can help you

yes....this will end up in very bad situation to your case...if NVC will know ur truth then u vl be in severe trouble.....u will be deported on the ground of material misstatement...contact good immigration lawyer....best of luck

Timeline

You obtained your visa and green card by fraud. As the child of an LPR you did not qualify to immigrate to the US since you were married. You lied on paperwork/at the interview to received immigration benefits and now the US government has proof of this.

Things are looking very bad and yes, you can lose your green card and be deported. Consult an attorney ASAP.

What consulate did your wife go for the interview? just curious
