Timeline

Hi guys! do you know what this means?.....

"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you..."

Last June 23rd,my case was transferred to CSC and this time i checked my status and this is what's in there.

I just got the letter from USCIS today saying my case was transfered to CSC!

Good thing to hear! Hopefully you'll be approved without an interview.

I am still having a problem with checking the status online. Tried to call USCIS hoping that they will finally put the info, but i was told that i have my NOAs, BIO appointment letter, that means that the case is processed and that's all i need. Suckers! I would love to find out what going on before i receive anything in a mail box. Too bad i forgot to include the form for text messages with the package.

(1) 05/11/2011 - Package Received

(21) 05/31/2011 - checks cashed

(27) 06/06/2011 - NOA received for I485, I765, I10; appontment letter for BIO ( 06/29)

(50) 06/29/2011 - Biometrics done ( tried to walk in on 06/20, was refused in Elizabeth, NJ)

(56) 07/05/2011 - EAD card production ordered

(59) 07/08/2011 - another update EAD card production ordered on 07/08/2011

(66) 07/12/2011 – interview letter received for Aug 15, EAD approved, letter sent out on 07/11

(68) 07/14/2011 – EAD card arrived in mail!

(100)08/15/2011 - interview – APPROVED!!!

(104)08/19/2011- Welcome notice received.

(107)08/22/2011- GC arrived in mail.

You can fix that by Registering here, then add your case numbers and select to receive e-mail/text updates.

I filed on May 3rd. My case has been transferred to CSC and my AP has been approved (although no card yet)

Has your EAD been approved as well?

Not as far as I can tell. My case file for that isn't updating online. The I-485 only started updating online when they transferred it. Likewise the I-131 started updating when they approved it.

11/2010 - came here on B1/B2 visa

12/2010 - first meeting in person in Chicago, IL

03/2011 - moved in with him in IN

4/25/11 - got married in Mitchell, IN

5/02/11 - sent AOS packet (I-130/I-485/I-765) to Chicago Lockbox

5/04/11 - AOS packet received by Chicago Lockbox

5/23/11 - Received NOA for RFE (I-693)

5/27/11 - Sent RFE to DHS Lee's Summit, MO

6/02/11 - DHS Lee's Summit received REF reply

6/06/11 - Biometrics done at Louisville, KY as per NOA schedule

6/24/11 - Received NOA for July 25 interview in Indianapolis, IN

6/30/11 – Received text and email messages EAD card on production

I-130 Petition for a Minor Child of USC

6/25/11 - Sent I-130 packet for stepchild

6/27/11 – USCIS receipt date

6/28/11 - Received text and email messages stating USCIS received it and moved case to CSC for processing

7/01/11 - Touched

7/02/11 – Received NOA1

I thought May filers are kicking?!Who hasn't heard an update yet? You have my prayers...let's keep our fingers crossed for each.
