On 5/21/23, I sent an email to the US consulate in Almaty, Kazakhstan to request to transfer both cases there. On 5/23/23, Kazakhstan got back to me, and the NVC changed both case IDs from MOS to ATA on the same day. Took a while to get police certificates from Kazakhstan. As of 1/14/2024, most documents had been uploaded to CEAC. Submitted all civil docs to NVC on CEAC site on 1/15/24. Case for mom was DQ'ed on 1/22/24, had to re-upload one doc for dad's case.
