l think u should think about it be4 making this haste decision why didn't u cancel this earlier u have spent money and invested in her all this time.

race has nothing to do with it.  every couple is treated the same.  comingling of finances is a big deal.  joint accounts like cable, electricity bill, lease with both names and signatures,  phone bills, pictures together etc they want to see both partners using money together thats where the true test is.  you guys can do it.  start adding to what you have while waiting for the rfe to arrive.  

l wouldn't recommend it esp if there's a way to be lawful.  Some pple wait to file due to  relationship doubts or financial reasons.  Glad u two are strong and still together.  Congrats on approval.

if u get a travel document can you renew the passport there in PH?  If u could stay longer there u could renew while u are there.

OP even if you get angry it doesn't change the outcome.  Your father needs to be treated and be cleared of this communicable disease before he immigrates.  It's your responsibility to decide where he will get treatment.  Don't they have hospitals in his hometown?  This rule applies to everyone not just your family.  You are letting emotions take over your mind. l just wanted to tell you to report the lawyer who told you nobody will believe a Chinese man over a white person. It happened to me years back and l don't want it to happen to anyone else. That's discrimination; one was done on me by a black woman who was a student advisor telling me American immigration will favor white South Africans over the black ones. That's a tricky question. I don't know the answer but anywhere it asked me to list my children l listed. Then l believe it asks in the same form if they are applying for benefits then l would check yes or no if they were. But concealing them first then turn around and say now you have kids. I'm not sure if it will be a problem.

I think u did it on purpose because most schools give you a syllabus with rules about plagiarism. Were you tasting the waters? My professors always warned us that every paper goes thru anti-plagiarism be4 its graded. All u had to do was to give credit to the owners of the article NOT presenting it as your own. When u apply for a child they still need information about the old one and it is send in with the app. Both parents have to give consent if they are on the child birth certificate. So how is she gonna say it was stolen when the other parent has it. They both need to work together to get this child his/her passport. Sounds like they don't get along and are using this passport as a trap.

Dublin is in Ireland but not sure if it is US soil. I came thru Houston and that was my port of entry. I would think it is San Fransisco but again l don't know for sure.

The IO looked thru my expired one it had no effect on the AOS. Unless if the rules have changed since then.

Question for the OP did u delay filing AOS on purpose? If so l can see why your wife "snapped". She is sitting in the house with tight finances and no job? Her husband won't file for her so she can work and help provide for the family? It sounds like life is no better for her here than it was back in her country.
